Mission
The mission of the Smart Active Labels Consortium is to promote the use of smart active label solutions in a wide range of industries.
The Consortium aims to provide:
- platform for end users to inform suppliers of their needs
- forum for suppliers to explain and demonstrate to end users the advances in technology
- means for the interested parties to pursue common standards
- basis on which industry-wide partnerships can be built, and technology can be advanced and developed according to end user requirements.
The SAL Consortium is an action driven consortium that focuses on proving and commercializing the technology by demonstrating its benefits through real life trials and demonstrations.
