Bylaws
The bylaws presented here are those proposed at the time of incorporation. They may be revised by a meeting of the SAL Council, as further described in the document itself. The bylaws also specify different classes of membership available, details of the organizational structure of the Consortium, such as its Executive Board and Project Teams, the organization’s intellectual property rights and anti-trust policies, and several other general provisions.
